When doubling up in a swim anglers can only use two rods each.

Rods must be attended at all times whilst fishing, you should not be more than 3m away from your rods at any time.

Only Barbed or Micro barbed hooks to be used.

Carp sacks are banned and must not be brought onto the lake, Carp can be retained in a landing net or recovery sling in the water for a maximum of 30 minutes in order to take photos etc. then must be immediately returned to the water. Use of keep nets for other species to be kept to a minimum. Net size minimum 20” x 80” [50cm x 200cm].

All anglers must have in their possession an appropriate sized un-hooking mat.

NO Dogs are permitted on our Day Ticket Complex.

No bright lights to be used at night except head torches. Please keep use to a minimum, please also keep noise to a minimum. No fires on any lake or excessive drinking, any angler deemed incapable of handling fish in a safe manner will be removed. Barbecues are allowed as long as they are off the ground so they do not burn the grass.

NO PARTICLE OF ANY TYPE TO BE BROUGHT ONTO THE COMPLEX.

Anglers must be in possession of a valid fishing license.

No lead core or Leaders to be used at any time.

Toilet facilities where available should be used and cleaned after use. Please leave clean as you would like to find them.

No litter to be left at any time, please take all litter home with you.

All fish must be returned to the water and at no time transferred to any other water. Please report all dead fish to the Fisheries Manager.

ANY ONE FOUND GIVING THE GATE CODE TO THE PUBLIC OR FRIENDS THAT ARE NOT BOOKED ON WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

Pike fishing

Minimum 15lb mono or 30lb braid.

Wire traces to be used at all times, minimum 28lb breaking strain.

Minimum trace length 15 inches.

No live baiting.

Barbed or semi–barbed snap tackle to be used.

No gags, gaffs or boga grips to be used.

Anglers must carry appropriate unhooking tools i.e. long forceps, long handled wire cutters, long handed pliers, deep throated disgorgers.

Any person found not to be adhering to the rules as stated will be removed from the complex.

  1. a maximum of 3 rods to be used at any one time unless doubling up in a swim where its a maximum of 2 rods per angler
  2. dipping is a must on the fishery please use the dip tank provided next to the site office
  3. rods must be attended at all times no leaving unattended rods.....maximum 3 metres away from your swim
  4. micro barbed hooks only too be used at the fishery
  5. no carp sacks or keep nets to be used retainers can be used but please keep this to a minimum whilst you set up cameras ect....30 mins should be enough
  6. all anglers must have the appropriate size nets and mats/cradles to deal with +40 carp
  7. no dogs allowed on site
  8. no bright headlights/torches to be used after dark, please keep noise to a minimum were all here to relax and hopefully catch some fish
  9. no fires, drugs or heavy drinking ect....the bailiffs have the right to ask you to leave the complex if they feel you are not capable of fishing.....fish safety is paramount
  10. Boillie and pellet only to be used no particle,sweeetcorn or nuts off any kind
  11. anglers must possess a valid fishing licence
  12. no lead core or leaders only rig tubing to be used....18 inches minimum
  13. toilets are provided please use them and remember that other people have to use them too and keep clean
  14. no litter to be left please take it home with you
  15. bait boats are allowed but please be mindful of swim boundaries, maps are available with amounts of wraps allowed and boundaries in each swim
  16. no wading if you need help please contact a bailiff
  17. 15lb mainline minimum
